If Christel is unable to complete a session due to emergency or illness there will be an attempt to quickly reschedule. If not a refund will be available. There is no refunds for not responding to confirmation text and no call no shows. 

Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before session. 

No rescheduling if you are a no call no show.  

Rescheduling is done through confirmation email sent at booking. 

There is no rescheduling a refunded appointment.
